چکیده
This article reviews the recent theories and models of space-time energy spectra in turbulent shear flows. The review is based on picture passage proposed by Taylor's frozen-flow hypothesis Kraichnan-Tennekes random sweeping hypothesis: convection small-scale eddies large-scale with a certain distortion, which determines peaks bandwidths spectra. data-refined stochastic data-based reconstruction are examined. linearized Navier-Stokes equations forcing for also discussed.
